Administration - City Manager
The Administration Department includes the functions of the City Manager, City Clerk, City Attorney, Personnel, and Finance. This department is tasked with the overall administration of the City organization as a whole.

The City Manager is the chief executive officer of the City and serves at the pleasure of the Mayor and City Council. The Manager plans, directs, manages and administers the overall activities and operations of the City.

The Manager also coordinates City activities with outside agencies and organizations, both public and private, in order to provide highly responsible and complex policy advice and support to the City Council.
