Gustine Altering Program (GAP)
The Gustine Altering Program offers low cost spaying and neutering by providing City of Gustine residents with vouchers that reduce the expense of altering dogs and cats (maximum of three pets). Vouchers are good at G-N Veterinary Clinic in Newman.
